- L’emplacement était parfait dans un quartier très vivant et typique (en contrepartie le bruit de la rue se fait entendre, notamment les basses de la musique à l’extérieur) - Réactivité de l’agence en passant par WhatsApp, même tard en soirée - Les instructions pour arriver au logement étaient pratiques

- Des manques importants (une seule serviette par personne, donc pas de serviette pour les cheveux, aucun torchon pour la vaisselle, pas de tapis pour la sortie de douche) - Très rapidement l’eau chaude devient froide - Le matelas était creusé, vraiment inconfortable. Malgré un lit double nous avions deux petites couettes (vraiment petites) - Le ménage n’était pas fait en profondeur - L’appartement n’est pas celui des photos, on s’attendait à avoir à un avoir un canapé que nous n’avons pas eu, nous avions deux chaises en plastique. - Pas de vérification sur ce qui est laissé sur la tv (des pages Internet étaient ouvertes avec un contenu bien précis dont je vous passe la description) Globalement l’appartement était bien moins confortable que ce que nous en attendions, nous aurions préfère laisser un bien meilleur commentaire.

The location is great, everything’s easy to reach by bus, tram, or even on foot. There are plenty of restaurants and bars right next to the building, which is honestly the best part about this place.

We checked in around 5 PM and noticed there was no toilet paper (not a big deal, we just bought some), but when we got back to the apartment at 11, we realized the sheets and pillowcases were DIRTY, with yellow and even red/blood stains. Seriously, WTH. Whoever cleaned the place definitely knew, because they’d placed the duvets right over the stains to hide them. We messaged them on WhatsApp right away and only got a bot reply saying it would be fixed in the morning. NOTHING WAS EVER DONE, and we ended up spending FOUR NIGHTS like that. The bot always answers, but don’t expect them to actually solve your problem.

The apartment is located in a central area, close to market, shops, restaurants, and everything you might need, with easy access to public transport. It is quiet inside, with no noise from outside. The apartament is very clean.

The mattresses are not comfortable, as they are spring based and poor quality and the pillows are so big and not comfortable either. It would also be nice if the host could arrange the balcony in front of the apartment to make it more welcoming

The apartment is recently renovated, all furniture is new, it is clean.

The room is unbearably noisy. One can only have some sleep after 6 am. Even with all windows closed, you can still hear music, traffic, shouting on the street. The entrance in the building is very bad, dirty, dark… The bad/mattress very small, quite uncomfortable. You are only in communication with an AI bot.

Największy atut to lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko. Plusem była również bardzo dobra komunikacja z obiektem.

Sam pokój wymaga jednak odświeżenia, na ścianach pełno plam nieznanego pochodzenia, kabina prysznicowa również nie była najczystsza. Duży minus także za żelazko, które niby było, ale nie dało się z niego korzystać, ponieważ woda wylewała się z każdej dziury.
