Schone, prettige ruimte.

De entree is wat rommelig. Het balkon is in de buitenlucht maar wel tussen de gebouwen, geen uitzicht.

Excellent location in cental Budapest, close to St. Stephen's Basilica. Many restaurants very close by, as well as easy access to public transports and shops. Staff quick to reply via WhatsApp.

Room's layout is impractical and the bed is not good at all. Shower did not work for the last 2 days as it only had burning hot water. Whiþe it worked it was great though. Not all that was listed in room description was found.

Impossible to have service !( phone calls wouldn’t go through, or got disconnected , and staff never answered my WhatsApp calls ) Took more than 25 attempted calls to get the code to enter the building and appartement , and another 4 hours just to get the internet password Kitchen not equipped at all, didn’t even have coffee machine - basic when travelling . Also , no clothes hangers to dry clothe after washing - called many times and texted in what’s app- lady told me she would take care of it - never heard fro them again, and never saw the clothe dryer Worse service I had, ever.

The location is central and the mini apartment is nice, but all the rest is terrible!

There is only an Al as customer service, for 3 days we had the garbage in front of our room and they never removed, the Wi-Fi didn't work for 4 days, no hands soap and tissues.

The apartment was clean and the location is really good, it's close to a metro station and there are a lot of cafes and restaurants nearby.

- The instructions to the apartment were not correct. They read "apartment 2, first floor" when they should have read "door 12, unit 2, first floor". - We called the contact number on arrival, which turned out to be out of service and they never responded during our whole stay! The 24/7 chat service that they mention in emails is a useless chat bot. We found the apartment by chance after a while. Luckily, we didn't need anything else! - The bed was broken and it was held up by a couple of bricks (see photos)
