Excellent location. Internally the apartment was well presented. The check in process was simple. The owners responded very fast and remedied a maintenance issue that arose expeditiously.

The mattress was too soft!

Very clean apartment, spacious with a very tall ceiling which makes the room even bigger and gives you the sense of comfort! Close to bars, clubs and amenities.

The double bed is not that comfortable (the couch is better though) and the drain in the shower takes a lot of time to empty.

The room was warm even though we hadn’t turned on the air conditioner. So it was perfect for February weather. The location is ideal because it’s close to many things such as restaurants, bars, clubs, metro etc.

Because the apartment is in a very busy road maybe sometimes late at night it can be crowded and loud but it’s not a very big problem.

Nice and clean, Location was perfect, easy walking to most places. Nice restaurants and bars close by.

Only one minor thing, a toaster would have been good, but that’s only a small negative.

No complaints about the apartment, but its a bit noisy in the weekend as its in a night out area, so keep in mind if you have a light sleep.

Excellent location and easy to access to. The apartment is brand new renovated. Is located in the inner side of the building so it stays quiet at night, you don’t hear the bars around the area. The host was friendly and attentive with all the details to make sure you enjoy the stay.
