Kiválóan felszerelt, tiszta, szép, tulajdonos kapcsolattartó gyors és kedves kommunikációja, közel van a belvároshoz. Ha nem is az udvarban parkol a vendég, az utcán is biztonságban van az autó, a polgárőrség szinte szemközt van.

Főút mellett van, ezért számítani kell rá, hogy zajosabb, de ez adottság, nem hiba
