Remek ár/érték arány. Szép berendezés. Közel volt minden gyalog is akár.

A sötétítő leérhetne az ablak aljáig, mert így este többször is arra ébredtünk, hogy bevilagítanak az autók fényei a szemünkbe. Ezen kívül kicsit lehetne nagyobb a tisztaság, mert eleg sok műnövényen szemmel láthatóan nagyon vastagon állt a por, illetve a fürdőben is rengeteg a pókháló így ez kicsit ront az alapvetően szépen berendezett összképen.
