Jó illatú, tiszta, igényesen berendezett lakás, jól felszerelt konyha, mosógép, kávéfőző, közel, mégis csendes helyen, kellemes kis udvarral.

Bár alapból szoktunk erre figyelni, mert nem szeretek rendetlenséget hagyni magam után, de valahogy zavart hogy elvárás hogy a konyhát rendben hagyjam ott...
