Very dirty. It has a scam with tourist fee, it’s forbidden in booking to ask for an additional internal payment. In Budapest you don’t have anything like a “Budapest tourist fee”, it just a scam, and a scam website. Difficult to get to the apartment, not the best location but ok, But it’s very very dirty

The apartman close to the metroline so it's great to travel anywhere easily.

I arrived in the nighttime and building code isn't good what they wrote me previously. I call them but first nothing answer and after they take off. Just morning wrote back the code for me when I asked 4th times how our code isn't good. And I asked we would like stay in that apartmant but they changed for us. So need waiting when we can move over our luggages. Only the cleaner understand and help us lots of what is our problem with them. The windows closed with tape. It's not perfect to open it...

Great location, close to everything you need or should see. Surprisingly quiet. Well equipped and clean kitchenette with a laundry machine. Despite the small floor size, the apartment was spaciously designed, ideal for short stays.

Despite the fact that the flat supposed to have been a non-smoking one, it reeked of cigarette on arrival and we haven’t managed to vent the stench out completely by the end of our visit. The accommodation could use a thorough refit but that would have been the least of the issues given the low price. The deep cleaning is an other matter. The apartment was clean at first glance but once my phone fell beside the bed i wished it didn’t as there was a whole lot of dust and rubbish underneath. The power sockets were also filled with dust which may pose a fire hazard and the drain in the shower oozed the smell of sewage. As for comfort. One of the ribs on the bed was missing and the mattress was worn and filthy but the linen was clean, fresh and there was a topper provided. Despite the unusual heat, the air con was not working which is fair as it was not advertised with air conditioner, however a fan would have been greatly appreciated. There was no mirror in the flat and there was no space for clothes. The only drying stand for laundry was used by the cleaners to hang clean sheets for the next guests so we had to remove those - despite a message prompting us not to “touch” them - to dry our own stuff. The biggest issue hands down however was the host’s unresponsiveness. We wanted to reach out to them to see if we could sort out the issues we had, especially with regards to the smell of smoke but they did not respond to our messages and did not answer the phone on the number provided, even just a simple apology would have gone miles. Most of the low rating is due to this simple issue as most problems we had was easily solvable, yet remained unsolved.
