Location, modern access using electrical code locks.

Apartment was prepared for one person instead of four (we had only one bedding instead of four). It wasn’t cleaned, we found nails, hair in our beds and toilet. Electrical sockets contained garbage and dust. Bedding contained stains and had a strange smelling. We didn’t expect modern apartment for this price, but we expect cleanliness. My family and I were very upset.

the apartments are quite dirty, many things are faulty or broken, the owner answered messages and questions a day later, at night someone tried to break into our apartment by guessing the password and knocking on our door, other guests listened to music at full volume until 12 o'clock at night, in the morning The cleaning lady broke into our room, despite the fact that we had paid extra for a late check-out. Overall it was the worst booking experience.

Location was good and there was facilities nearby

Apartment was not clean at all. Bathroom and kitchen was disgusting, we cleaned whole apartment by ourselves, when we arrived. No sound insulation either, you hear everything that’s going on outside of the apartment, feels like somebody is trying to sneak in the house, Cleaner talks very loudly in phone calls while cleaning other apartments so it makes it even more worse to sleep, she actually tried to come inside of our apartment 2 days after our arrival while we’re sleeping cuz she thought that we have left, then she closed the door knocked the door and asked us to leave although we had 1 more week to stay so overall owner could have done things better, raise prices little bit if necessary but put some hand towels, toilet paper hanger, keep apartment clean for next guests and many more little things. thanks
