For the price it's OK. Location good. Plenty electrical sockets. Aircon.

Studio is very small. Really small. It's OK to spend night, but days and evenings you better spend outside. It was no remote for aircon, so can't use. Shower damaged. It's only reasonable clean... They charge you extra 3 euros per person per night as a tourist tax, and not giving access code to room before you pay.

I arrived in the nighttime and building code isn't good what they wrote me previously. I call them but first nothing answer and after they take off. Just morning wrote back the code for me when I asked 4th times how our code isn't good. And I asked we would like stay in that apartmant but they changed for us. So need waiting when we can move over our luggages. Only the cleaner understand and help us lots of what is our problem with them. The windows closed with tape. It's not perfect to open it...

Nothing, only the location but you can find easily a good located apartment in a big city.

I found a dirty apartment, when I text to the owner to resolve a problem with a clean one or with some cleaning stuff to clean to CAN SLEEP/EAT, no to be luxury like in PHOTOS, I’ve been blocked. I found a plate with a eated cake on the upstairs bed, broken stairs, dirt, old food in the fridge, a very stained floor and furniture. In the bed only crumbs and dust. And a bad smell in all the apartment, in the upstairs bed, a smell of cigarettes and a lot of stuff to make them, but you are not allowed to smoke. I understand that you doesn’t use detergents, only vinegar, but the vinegar doesn’t smell like that!!!!!! I can understand little things undone, because i’m a human too, but this was a place where animals doesn’t stay.

My stay here was horrible. From the start the booking process is tedious as they send you requests to make external payment for tourism fees before they send you the code. I contacted booking afterwards and they confirmed I shouldn't have paid for this as it is already included with the initial payment. They also provided options of additional add-ons like late check out which I paid again externally, but on the day the cleaner came angrily to kick me out at normal check out time, and the new guests also were sent their code and they also came to my room - even though I paid for later check out. I contacted the owner and they are always very slow in response and denied everything and refused to give my money back even though I shouldn't have paid and service paid for was not delivered. Apart from this horrible experience the facilities are highly lacking, lights don't work. And they give you one small pillow and blanket. They also had their own laundry out and left a note please leave this here do not touch it which was very unprofessional. Apartment amenities and items which are normally provided. I have a perfect bookings record and never complained after many years but this is my first.
