Florence Downtown Apartments

The only thing that I like was that there were a metro station near the place.

I did not like the apartment and especially the bathroom because I was expecting something else. The pictures in Booking are very different than the reality. When I complained they texted me to see the real pictures in my personal reservation but even they are not the same with the reality. It was nothing like the pictures. + There were no air conditioners, only some kind of central heating but it was not working.

It wasnt very clean

The apartment was centrally located which made it easy to get around main attractions. The bed was comfortable and since it was lofted it gave us more space than we thought we had. The shower pressure was also nice.

The fan that was provided did not work, however we did not reach out to the host about this so I can't blame them for not knowing if we didn't tell them. I am sure they would have replaced it if we had.

Good money/quality ratio

The cleansing lady was talking very loud under our window

Everything from comfortable bed to toiletries to a small kitchenette was perfect Location was amazing as well in a very peaceful well connected neighborhood

The only issue was a little smell from the toilet which I guess was the sewage water

lovely location, easy check in, beds were extremely comfortable, great value for money

there were a few ants on the terrace and few got into the bathroom, and the fitted sheet on the bed could be replaced
