Florence Downtown Apartments

Super appartment, very good placed and clear advise.

1. The room was very dirty, for sure the cleaning lady is paid just to gossip with the other on the hallway and disturb the guests. 2. In the facilities list it says the room has a tv, but it doesn’t work, it says to check the cable connection but there’s no cable except the power one (as you can see in the picture below). We assumed that the tv facility doesn’t refer only to te device itself though…; in the booking app it says it has satellite channels - a lie of course. 3. No place to put your jacket, even though you say there is a wardrobe - that’s just a stupid joke. 4. The shampoo/ shower gel in the bathroom doesn’t exists, as it was also included in the room’s facilities. 5. The wifi signal is very bad, it takes ages to open anything. 6. You could hear everything from the other rooms. People in the room next to mine were very noisy - it was 2 am and they were laughing very loud and making all kinds of disturbing sounds. 7. The host left in the room some coffee which was expired since september 2024…disgusting. Do not recommend it at all!

i didn't like the bed , and it thin mattress,also the sleeping bag blankets were not so comfortable. I understand that is easy and common use blankets but i do prefer a version that can be more elastic in alla the mattrest. I suggest also to upgrade the service, place in the kitchen a small kit that can incluede salt, pepper , oil, and maybe a bottle of water as a welcome gift, it could help the guests if the want to stay for few days and cook somethhing in the kitchen .

I loved how comfortable the accommodation felt.

It is definately worth the money. It is my second time there. Please be aware of the small staircase - it is not for elder people. ;-)
