I rarely leave negative reviews, but this hotel fully deserves one. I stayed here for three nights, and from the moment I entered the room, the experience was a disaster. The room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke despite being advertised as a non-smoking accommodation. I immediately contacted the manager and also reported the issue through Booking.com. Unfortunately, neither the hotel nor Booking.com provided any real solution. All I received were endless apologies while the actual problem was completely ignored. The room itself was in terrible condition. When I arrived, I found broken glass on the floor. The toilet was not working properly, and the plumbing looked worn out and poorly maintained. I have attached photos showing the condition of the bathroom. The sofas and chairs were covered in stains, making the entire room feel dirty and neglected. The worst part, however, was the hotel management. The manager never came in person to inspect or address any of the issues. Communication was only through WhatsApp, with replies sometimes taking three hours or more. Every message contained another apology, but no action was ever taken to fix anything. To make matters even worse, we were not given room keys on the day of check-in. As a result, I was forced to stay in the hotel for six hours because I could not safely leave my belongings unattended. During those six hours, the staff repeatedly promised that the key would arrive soon. It never did. Eventually, a technician showed up and spent another hour cutting and making the key while I waited. This was one of the most frustrating hotel experiences I have ever had. Poor maintenance, unacceptable cleanliness standards, terrible customer service, and complete disregard for guests’ concerns. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Our stay was great! The bed was amazing. The room was very large, nice and clean. The location is great. Many of the very nice and well-known brunch locations are within walkable distance. The supermarket is very near. Canggu centre is within 5-10 minutes distance via (Grab) bike and the (bike) shortcut. Great daily cleaning service. Daily fresh and enough towels. (We got 2 small towels, 2 big towels, 2 pool towels and 1 floor towel.) No problems with outdoor sound from scooters.

We read about the bathroom smell and unfortunately it was true that our bathroom had a bad smell. We fixed this by buying some scented perfume/diffuser. The shower (rain) head was perfect, but the shower spray did not have enough pressure to our liking. But price/value was perfect so we can't complain.

First when we arrived nobody was there to check us in, then we couldn’t check in cause the previous person hadn’t moved out. So we had to leave our suitcases into the storage room and literally hang around town till like 4pm when we finally got to check in. The room was definitely cleaned but has rather seen its days aka it is aged. But here comes the best part around 8pm when we are dinner they text us and say there has been a double booking and since we were the ones who booked later we need to MOVE OUT immediately. So they kicked out two girls in their early twenties late in the evening. Packed up out stuff and left, worst experience never again for sure

Cadre sympathique

bruyant, la literie laisse à désiré (taches…) Pas de pression d’eau pour la douche et dans les toilettes. Il y a un service payant pour la laverie mais nous avons du attendre à deux reprises plus de 3jours avant de recevoir à nouveau notre linge.
