Ужасная локация. Очень шумно. Качество жилья оставляет желать лучшего! Никому не советую.

Très beau appartement bien situé. L’appartement est très spacieux et bien décoré. Il y a directement l’accès à la piscine via la chambre. L’entrée aux appartements est facile d’accès et libre. L’appartement est bien équipée, il y a un coffre fort et un sèche cheveux à disposition.

Super clean and quiet

Sehr schönes, großes Zimmer. Die Mitarbeiterin war auch sehr nett. Lage ist auch ziemlich gut.

Die Jungs vom Personal haben uns immer komisch angeschaut und die Stimmung war unangenehm. Wir hatten im Zimmer sehr viele Ameisen und Spinnen. Zudem mussten wir mind. 5 mal spülen damit das Klopapier und alles andere runtergespült war und das Klo machte auch noch laute Geräusche. Der Pool war auch durchgehend dreckig, nicht gerade einladend zum Baden.

Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en maakte de kamer iedere dag schoon. Het is een heerlijk gevoel om na een dagje weg terug te komen in een kamer die weer fris ruikt en netjes is opgeruimd. De accommodatie beschikt over een 24-uursreceptie en het personeel staat altijd klaar om te helpen wanneer je iets nodig hebt. Via het hotel hebben we ook eenvoudig en snel een scooter gehuurd. Deze werd netjes bij de accommodatie afgeleverd.

Nothing unfortunately

I don’t like doing this, but wished we’d known what we were walking into. We moved from a small guesthouse to The Wave with high expectations and excitement. Be warned - it is nothing like the photos. The photos haven’t been updated in a while and the hotel is tired, unloved and filthy. Apart from one of the staff breathing down my neck repeating “passports, passports, passports” before our last bag had even entered the room, our “clean” bathroom smelled like urine and other things, and hair was all over the sink. We spent half an hour after arrival trying to clean multiple surfaces to improve our comfort and it didn’t help. The pool hadn’t been cleaned in what looked like weeks, with a pile of maybe 100 bird faeces on the first step of the pool. Having a 2 year old daughter, we didn’t want to risk her health. We ended up leaving before the first night and willingly sacrificing our paid 2.5weeks stay without refund - it was that bad. 1 out of 5 staff were friendly (strange in Bali) and no one wanted to help fix the issues. I must stress, I don’t like doing this, but people should know what they’re going to get. A real shame. We have spent 6 out of the last 12 months in Bali and never had this issue.

The property itself was super cute. Extremely clean and the staff were super attentive. I felt really comfortable and enjoyed the spacious rooms.

Although on the map it’s a perfect location and so close to everything you need. It sits right on the bike pass through from Pererenan to main Banjar area and so there’s constant bike engine noise. From as early as 7am to 8pm and it’s a weekend… all night!
