Staff were not overly helpful, at times deceptive and unsure on correct procedures; made a lot of stuff up on the spot when questioned While clean, sheets are very stained Wifi isn’t consistent and often drops in and out The site states that free airport transfer is included in your stay and price package, however staff refuse to accomodate this and claim it is arranged by booking.com; not true.

Best comfiest bed, duvet, pillows. Lovely rooms and bathroom overlooking the pool. Convenient location. Currently construction next door but the price has been adjusted and it didn’t affect my stay.

The hotel is really nice and perfect for remote working, the wifi connection is great, its close to amazing cafes, shops, yoga and beaches

The room isolation isnt great so it can get a bit noisy in the night (mostly dogs, bikes,..not parties) would recommend closing the bathroom window.

Big rooms and clean

That it was on the short cut road and lots of noise in the room and also we did not use the pool as this was not relaxing. Also didn't like the fact that the young male cleaner ran after me twice one because he thought I took a towel, which was still in the bathroom on the bench then again 5 mins later to say the key card was missing which both were in the room. It was not appreciated and if he had taken a proper look he would have found it infront of his eyes.This put a sour taste in my mouth and probably will not book again because it was quiet rude.
