Staff are very nice and helpful, location is good, comfortable rooms, good internet

It was a bit dusty and the linens could have been cleaner, though when we mentioned it to staff they cleaned and replaced so not too bad There was a noticeable permanent smell from the bathroom A few geckos in the room but that's almost unavoidable in Bali so fair enough On the last day our entry card didn't work, seems to be a common issue with other guests. Staff could let us in but couldn't fix the key cards... Luckily we had a different entrance from the pool side but the door was hard to unlock and lock from there

The room decor was fabulous and very comfortable to sleep in. Being able to walk out to the pool on your door step was a nice bonus, as well as it only being a limited number of rooms made it feel quite exclusive. Location was okay, if you don't mind a 30 minute walk to the beach/main areas. We rented a moped for our few days from the hotel which made it easier. The staff were unbelievably welcoming and very friendly!

However the downside to this hotel was the bed sheets were very badly stained, clean but very stained, which we did not like. Also from the day we got there the pool was very dirty, useable but dirty.

These apartments were really nice. Really clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful and lots of nice places to eat within walking distance.

This was my second stay, such a great location, clean, tidy, modern and lovely staff- I’ll be back again soon! Quality for money can’t be beaten!

I would love some hair conditioner in the shower please 🤣🙏🏼

Pool area nice

Impossible to sleep at night so loud, construction is happening in front even at night, and busy road right in front of the villa. The toilet was dirty, with hair from old guests. Way too expensive for the above inconvenience.

it’s a complete desaster. The staff is awful and extremely annoying. Booking this place was the worse thing I could have done.

The location is great and the accommodation is fine for a couple of nights

The Wave is not very clean and there were stains on the bedding. Everything could do with a good clean but it’s fine for a few nights stay.
