The property was amazing, just what we needed. In a great location in Pererenan! The staff made the stay incredible though, there was someone 24/7 to help you no matter what. Pandu, Tito, Erwin, Nisa and Ketut were all amazing and we can’t thank them enough. We will be back😊

I had a wonderful stay at The Wave. The location was excellent, close to everything I needed and, the room was very clean, spacious, and great value for money. There were quite a few ants, but it didn’t bother me; it’s Bali, and that’s to be expected. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable experience. I’d happily stay again.

I stayed here only a year ago and it was quiet and clean and now I had to swap rooms 3 times, it’s dirty, the beds in comfortable, the doors broken, toilets don’t flush and the showers don’t work. Sad to see this hotel go down so much. The staff also don’t clean your room up to standard and one even stole my prescription medication from my bedside table (last trip not this time) Honestly I never leave bad reviews but after this experience I’d never stay here again.

Serious mold issues. They desperately need to clean their A/Cs and disinfect the rooms.
