No hot water in shower

This place had everything we needed, having a fridge was a huge plus! Very close to the beach and central to the shops/restaurants. The owner is also a taxi driver and offered to help us get around. Hot water could be a nice plus, but with the warm weather we did not mind having cold showers. For the price it was more than good enough.

Falsely reporting booking.com that customer didn't turn up. Reality is they don't have a room to offer and requested cancellation from my end.

Good location, quiet place at night. The staff helped us with the bike rent and the transfer to Gili T.

We found 3 cockroaches in the room and saw a mouse in the kitchen. Never told the staff because we understand that we are close to the beach/jungle but still needs to keep control the insects. No hot shower.

Bathroom door didn't/ close properly.

We loved our stay. We originally booked for 3 nights and we extended another 9 nights. The kitchen was a blessing - we loved being able to visit some of the local super market AW is the best in terms of quality and prices) and fresh fruit and veggie stalls which enabled us to make our own healthy breakfasts and most lunches in the kitchen. The room itself is large and spacious, the bathroom is kept clean, the bed was large, the hammock was brilliant, and the outside furniture amazing. The owner, Korman and his wife, are really helpful and even rent scooters for very good prices. He takes price in his property. Will definitely stay here again next time we’re in Amed
