Private Apartments at Jayakarta Residence

Accessible to pool and Jayakarta facilities and the local shops of Legian. Room was basic however suited our needs of having 2 bedrooms and bathrooms.

Room and apartment facilities very tired and outdated. A lick of paint and fresh white towels would be an improvement.

Great location with large room and space.

Accommodation is dated and front door didn’t seem secure.

Dirty, old, right next door to water treatment plant, showers have no water pressure whatsoever.

Really good location. Layout of the room for family is good. Works well. Cleaning staff were great.

Very old and dated. Staff greeting us on our arrival weren’t helpful, just handed our key and pointed towards lift. We had to find where our room was. Towels are old and past their day. Though they are washed they are not nice to use. The pool towels stink of previous users. The bed sheets had tattoo stains and holes in them. Cigarette burn marks were on them. The fold out bed is not comfortable to lay on. It’s well past its days.

Not much to like

The apartment smelled of mould and was tiny and very misleading

Great location, friendly staff.

Distance from room to pool. Shower head in master room bathroom was mouldy,some dishes were dirty. Lifts did not always work and maintenance being done made our room smell like strong glue
