Private Apartments at Jayakarta Residence

Both showers where terrible. Just a trickle out of them. There was no communication at all in the lead up and when arrived. Had no idea we where having a daily service. Very run down apartment.

The apartment was clean, tidy and spacious which was great for our family with small children. Aircons were great, beds were very comfortable, fantastic location, very close and walking distance to everything, staff were super friendly. Pools were amazing!

Great location and facilities, spacious apartment, fab AC! Tiles around pool are very slippery but otherwise very pleasant stay.

It was extremely noisy despite advertising the premises was sound proof. While the king bed was comfortable the single beds were hard and uncomfortable. The location was great and the staff were friendly and accomodating.

Location was great. Apartment was a fantastic size for 2 adults and 3 teenagers. Cleaned daily.

The beds were very hard. The apartment we were in looked over the water treatment area and was smelly and noisey on the balcony.

Loved the layout, loved how spacious it was. Loved the fact large filtered water was available. Loved the beautiful cleaners that came every day.

Not the fault of the resort but there was a restaurant that had a band every night til 12am that you could hear word for word inside
