Great location the size of the apartment was fantastic for a family of 5 and the facilities around the apartments were great

The property was old and tired the bathroom taps were so old and grubby I didn’t want to touch them.

We love the location! Easy walk to Kuta. The rooms are on the older side, but they don't lack anything. Staff were lovely aside from one man upon check in.

No warning when they fogged for insects 😅

Great location. So easy to check in and out and staff were amazing. Loved the water dispenser. That was fantastic.

Couches were uncomfortable. One chair in lounge area is broken and door to second bedroom doesn’t lock. Thought tea and coffee would be topped up daily but it wasn’t. Towels on last day had bad smell and seemed very old and grey.
