Location was excellent

The smell from the drains in our bathrooms. Stinky towels.

Location is excellent for families Size of the apartment is great for big families Value for money is excellent Second time we’ve stayed here in 4 years and will definitely be staying again

I would definitely rebook this room. Clean, tidy, great working toilets and showers.

The staff were lovely but did enter a few times to use the store room and wonder around whilst we were resting or sleeping during the day., we did ask them not to enter but the language barrier made it a little hard.

Location was great to be across from beach. I hadn’t been to Bali in 23 years and with my family wanted it to be easy and relaxing and especially clean.

The pillows had mould on them, the sheets and towels stained. Holes in towels. The lounge was dirty and stained. One chair broken couldn’t be used as nothing under cushion to support. Tried to speck to reception about the air con in main area not working and they said had nothing to do with it. Cleaners were lovely placing my youngest 10year olds stuffed toys on bed each day for her. Im a coeliac and there was no GF food available on site and was asked why we didn’t stay at resort told them this. Not really any care taken only they don’t so GF.
