MyCityHaven Boutique Luxury in Bath City Centre

Great location and comfortable.

There wasn’t a hair dryer although it was listed as having one.

The property is very central, overlooking one of the main junctions to the north of the city centre. There is a well-equipped kitchen though we didn’t use it.

The description of the property as ‘Boutique Luxury’ seemed somewhat overdone. The main bedroom is okay (though one cannot really see through the grimy windows) but the second one hardly fits the bed. The photos make the property quite appealing but ultimately felt deceptive. While the location is a selling point it is also a disadvantage - being above a convenience store on a busy road, we had to get through a throng of well inebriated folk to get to the door of the property on two evenings and those in the property above were jumping around until the small hours. Would suit those who plan to be out themselves but not so great for a family. Bit disappointing.

Finding the property was difficult I think a better explanation would help also give people the right number we were told number 18 and it was actually number 17 also explain parking In the plus side the accommodation was nice well priced and in a brilliant location, Thanks

Excellent location although stairs to flat a little narrow.

This flat is in a prime location to explore Bath. We didn't drive once while staying so local to everything. Beautiful place to explore. The flat had great facilities and everything to hand. Great communication, I would definitely recommend this flat and would stay again.

Gorgeous flat, a few tweaks and it would shine even brighter. The flat was extremely cold at night. Extra blankets/ thicker duvets would have been great. The water in the shower didn't flow down the drain and filled up the base. Lastly, the creaky hallway floor needs attention.

We stayed here over the new year period with our cockapoo. There were 4 of us, and we really loved the accommodation and had a great time. Very clean, well maintained, perfect location. We would all definitely love to stay here again. Perfect for our dog too who was very happy with her surroundings.

The only downside is we were led to believe that there was parking included with our stay due to the accommodation being advertised with parking and previous questions on this flat on booking.com. When looking at previously asked questions the owner said they provided a permit for ‘Zone 1’. However, we found out the night before arriving that this wasn’t the case, and had to pay £90 for parking in a car park which was a 5-10 minute away which we felt was a real kick in the teeth. Once I had already booked and paid for the parking I was then told that they would look into it for me. This was after telling me that they would not be able to provide a permit. As I had already paid the £90 this was not useful. They also did not get back to me on this matter.
