Parking was a bit complicated

Location was great- very central. Comfy beds:)

The saucepans, and cooking trays are scratched and worn and should be replaced. Would be good to have a welcome book explaining the apartment and area.

The space of the property and location were great - nice and clean and every thing you needed available

The windows wouldn’t open in the bed room or lounge area

The house was almost perfect. We literally got what we ordered per the pictures. Absolutely loved the location - we were a walking distance from all the places we visited and the hosts were super helpful and responsive.

Wished it had more than one bathroom, but that's beyond the host :) Also didn't like how much the floors creaked in some parts and from the apartment above us

The property is exactly what it looks like in the pictures. It’s a lot of space for a family of four. The location is right at the center.

A little bit noisy because it’s at the street corner. The narrow stairs. It’s a problem if you have big luggages. Not a problem for us since we only have carry ons.

Longleats and city centre location

A little noisy but being in the city centre is to be expected

Location was perfect for us as everything was within walking distance and the flat itself is beautiful. Really nice touches with the tea/coffee and biscuits and when I didn't know how to work the secure door lock, the host was on hand to help me (even when it was out of hours). Excellent, comfy flat and love the decor.

Only small gripes was that the Netflix account was signed out, so we couldn't use it and as you walk in to the flat there isn't anywhere to put coats, other than over chairs. However none of these affected our stay.
