Location and convenience were excellent. Well furnished and equipped.

Some of the pans did not work on the induction hob, which was confusing for those of us who have never used one before and had to Google what it meant by flashing ‘F’ and not warming up. Could be noisy overnight (they did supply disposable earplugs) and it was a bit small - to all fit around the table we had to move the couch to pull it away from the wall. These are all niggles and we had a lovely few days. Thank you.

Near lots of attractions and shops that was easy to walk to. The apartment was clean. Living room was lovely , sofa was comfortable, Netflix was well enjoyed.

The shower function didn't provide enough water to reach the proper expectation of a full shower. The main living room light doesnt work , just flickers .

The entrance was dirty and a bit smelly. Very unsafe the stairs.Under small bedroom lots of other peoples rubbish had not been cleaned.

Lovely property, very modern and was so convenient to get to all the places we needed to! Wagamamas literally across the road😂

A little loud at nighttime. Had a parking pass organised for us for our stay, we ended up getting a ticket and spoke to the owner and he paid the ticket for us. Not sure what happened there…

Like 2 bedrooms and contemporary look.

Unfortunately the bed in main bedroom was fairly uncomfortable. The bed topper didn't fit the mattress and the cheap thin pillows need to be replaced. The fan in the bedroom didn't work and was caked in dust. The shower soak away was slow and needs cleaning as water quickly got to top of shower tray and seeped over onto bathroom floor and general bathroom paint work needs sorting. Windows couldn't be opened at front which during the hottest week made the flat unbearably hot. Entrance was disappointing with walls and badly fitting carpet. Location was central but was very disappointed to see drunks standing directly outside the front door upon arrival. Front door to street lock was lose and wouldn't take much for someone to break in and door to flat had been hacked about souch and was also lose so we had to buy a door stopper to stop door from rattling at night. Key lock very fiddly.

The location was central but very SCRUFFY! There was a local shop next door & a bar, so the street had empty cans of lager on it. It was really noisy at night, but I expected this being in the centre. The real issue was the blood stained dog poop/diarrhoea, on the pavement in front of the property door! It was in 3 places & we had to try & climb over it. I gave 3 young boys & heavy cases, do this was near impossible. The street was scruffy.

The dog diarrhoea was just awful! A few lots right outside front door. Obviously this is out of the owners control, however their response to it was shockingly bad. I sent a what's app message to say that obviously it's not their fault, but could they possibly try and wadh it away or if they use a cleaner, could they try & help. I didn't really expect this, but I thought we'd paid £250 a night to stay here & this was NOT LUXURY! If I'd paid that for a decent hotel, they'd had tried to move it for comfort of guests. Noisy, scruffy Rd and beer cans/pints of lager, on pavement. Mouldy & dusty apartment which set off my youngest son's asthma, needing more inhaler. I realise its old, but it should have been aired for guests, if claiming luxury! Filfy windows! Dirty, old baking trays in kitchen area. Awful window view from kitchen area. Scruffy old grey sofa in lounge, which looked dirty and thread bare rug, which looked dirty. Mouldy smelling carpet, on staircase on way up to apartment. Should be tiles for luxury, in rainy UK. Easy clean! Hosts had put in velvet cushions on beds, to try and look high end, but these looked dirty & obviously can't be washed every time. I felt uncomfortable & a Premier Inn feels way cleaner. I have stayed in hostels, B&B's, holiday parks, castles, tents & top end hotels around the world & I'm not overly fussy. However, if I'm paying £500 for two nights & host sells as luxury, I DO NOT expect what we received. Worse of all the host IGNORED my polite what's app messages, during our stay. When I messaged again when home, they said they had message issue! When I suggested a small goodwill gesture, they ignored messages again! Do not book & use lovely hotel for this price.

Decor and location were great also fact the host had fans running in the bedrooms for when we arrived. Local parking is good if a short walk away (up hill) but when sunny not an issue. Bath is great although alot more homeless people hanging around than my previous visits.

Requests for parking info was very slow also a mix up regarding a deposit ontop of the credit card payment. I kept getting messages saying your bank needs to approve the deposit and I hadnt involved my bank and for a few minutes thought I'd been scammed. Anyway all sorted in the end via a call but unecessary hassle. Entrance is a bit of challenge with heavy cases and entry location is interesting but flat is great once you are in.
