Nel Cuore di Como

There is parking, although it is for a small car. It is noisy, you have to climb steps to get to the bathroom. There is no conveniently lit mirror.

Parkování hned u ubytování. Ubytování bylo krásně připravené a čisté a bylo zde vše potřebné. Mikrovlnku, rychlovarnou konvici, toustovač, dvě klimatizace. Jedna v kuchyni a druhá v ložnici. Komunikace s majitelem proběhla přes whatsapp, kde jsme obdrželi veškeré informace a instrukce.

Casa molto accogliente. Vicinissima al centro e al lungo lago. Per chi ama camminare anche la stazione non è lontana. Aria condizionata efficentissima e bagno molto spazioso. Se torneremo a Como sicuramente torneremo anche all'appartamento. Consigliatissima.

Ist sauber

It is situated in an excellent location near the promenade and Como center. The apartment has air condition which is necessary during summer months. It is a clean and tidy appartment with new furniture.

You can hear every car or motorcycle passing by, even if the apartment is on the 3rd floor, which is very disturbing during sleeping hours. The mattress is not comfortable, especially for people suffering from backache.

Property was fairly central and clean. Good communication with owner.

Property was on 3rd floor and there were stairs inside to bathroom. Not suitable for people with mobility issues

Great location and excellent help from the management team

No lift, but not an issue

Location. The apartment is spacious. Everything is there. The stuff is reachable and responsible. We had a problem with a shower. The stuff came and repaired it.
