Perfect location, walking distance to great travel links, restaurants, shops and the lake. Great views from the window. Owner Marco has great communication and was very friendly.

Bed must be little bit comfortable. Need better Decke. Please change bathroom shower and curtain. Missing bread toaster 🙁

It was dust everywhere! It is nice located apartment but it was dirty.

The location of the apartment is perfect, just a few minutes walk from the lake, ferry port, train station, Brunate funicular. The apartment is very nice with a fully equipment kitchen. There is a reserved parking for the apartment. This is a big advantage since it is very difficult to find a parking space in Como. The self check in is nice and simple. At first we did not understood where the key to the apartment is but the host was available on whats-up and immediately helped us!

Be aware that the apartment is located on the third floor without an elevator. Also, there are several steps inside the apartment between the leaving room and the bathroom. Not really a problem but a thing to be aware of.

Good location, close to the promenade and the funicular to Brunatti. The owner of the apartment, Marco, sends very detailed video instructions how to find the key and all the necessary information. The parking lot is small, but Marco, at our request, made a reservation for us. Very clean, comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need, there is a supermarket nearby. We liked everything except the weather: it rained heavily for half a day
