Nel Cuore di Como

Location is super. The apartment has everything you need. The parking space was a super bonus.

The matress was too small for the bed so I kept pumping on it.

Location was great, app is spacious.

Kitchen was not clean; pots, kitchen surface, iron, floor, kitchen hood, dish drainer were dirty. The host left house rules on the kitchen table where he's requesting to leave the kitchen clean and tidy with no dirty dishes, and then he left us dirty kitchen. What a shame.

Large apartment. Well appointed. Good cooking facilities. Friendly check in from Marco. Very close to town. Views of Brunate and Como were wonderful.

On the 3rd floor - no elevator. Toilet seat broken. Mattress was lumpy and uneven road traffic was intrusive because windows were not double glazed.

The location is fantastic—just steps from the lake and close to numerous restaurants and attractions. We also appreciated the clear instructions on how to access the apartment key, including a helpful video.

Not much to say! The TV didn’t have any English channels, which was expected. It might be nice to have access to streaming services like Netflix, but that’s just a minor suggestion!

It's a beautiful apartment, very spacious, clean and was suitable for all of our needs! We felt like at home! Had a great view from our windows, location amazing! There is a grocery store nearby too. Like in the photos! The bed was extremely comfortable, the pillows too! We had our own little private parking space which was so hard to find in the city! Great value for money! Before booking, I kept reading about some of the ridiculous 'bad' comments about the apartment, for example, that it had no elevator....or that it was very noisy some of the guests couldn't sleep... -First of all, to all you future guests...READ the description before booking, it clearly says that it is on the last floor with no elevator. For us, it was absolutely no problem, also with our bags. -Second, about the noise. We had absolutely NO PROBLEMS WITH THE NOISE whatsoever! I am a light sleeper and it didn't bother me at all! So please disregard the comments about the noise! All and all, we LOVED the apartment and are considering booking it again in the winter, since it's all year round tourism in Como. Thank you Marco for the easy-smooth check-in instructions. We will come again!

Noise from the street but this is pretty typical for Italian apartments in a busy location.
