Central city 1 bed apartment

Location. There was a nice breakfast spread left in the room for us.

Too much to mention. Broken fire escape window. Mismatched sheet on bed which had hairs on it. Dirty stained mattress. No pillow or mattress protection. Noisy boiler in bedroom. Really uncomfortable, squeaky bed which couldn’t be slept in. Nails hanging out of the walls. Peeling wallpaper everywhere. Dirty surfaces and floors everywhere. No plug in sink. Tv didn’t work, no reception. Sockets hanging off the wall. Light bulbs missing or blown. Outdated electrical inspections. Cold shower with occasional boiling squirts. Dirty toilet. And best of all she didn’t respond to text messages. When we did get a reply there was absolute denial. What a terrible place to stay. Take some advice and stay anywhere else.

We booked an apartment needing to do our washing. The washing machine worked fine but there was no dryer or hanging space. The cleaning could be improved crumbs on the lounge and dirty shower. The hot water was intermittent. Washing the dishes was challenged by no plug. The towels were shabby and small. Felt the hosts were kind and helpful prior to our arrival.

Easy to access

It smelt like people had been smoking in there. It was not a clean as you'd expect either. TV was not a smart TV and the sofa wasn't facing the TV.

Lovely flat all round! The included breakfast was a big plus as well.

It was really comfortable and a lovely place to stay it was really accommodating.

The food etc left for breakfast was really helpful and much appreciated.

The place was dusty and had someone's hairs all over the place. Could do with a good vacuum. Also the bed was incredibly uncomfortable, and after the first night we had to move to the living room. If that had not been an option I would have had to move out. Additionally the cleaner walked in on us, telling us she had been asked to clean all of the rooms except 5. We were in room 7. Appreciate we asked to check in early and it was not possible, however, we received no response to the request and I had to call direct to get an answer. There was an iron but no board we could find

The access to the apartment is poor. We didn't actually struggle but others would. Weren't convinced that the quilts were aired properly.

Nice and tidy, good breakfast pack, spacious and convenient to family and solo travelers

The shower temperature was on and off, maybe as a result of broken controller. If it could be sorted, that will be great
