Value for money. Beautiful hamper of food left for us was wonderful, including milk in the fridge. Was great not to have to go and buy things.

A damp mildew smell from the bathroom/ toilet.

The location was about a ten minute walk into the town centre. It was a cosy but nice apartment. The bed was the best part - it was so soft!

The traffic during the night was relentless so consider bringing ear plugs with you.

"Home from home."

Everything pretty much!! Good price, good location, nice apartments with so many added extras in the apartment. This really was home from home!!! best place I've stayed for under £70

Everything was pretty much perfect, unfortunately a few items like pillows and towels had stains on them. Everything was pretty clean but maybe a little something the owners can resolve. Other than that was great!!

Great breakfast choice. Bright decor. Lots of cooking utensils.

The noise from badly fitting original single glazed sash windows was terrible as the property is about 10 metres from the main road into Bath. The property is the space a single man would have lived in the 1800s so if you’re ok with compact you may not mind. The toilet seat is badly broken which would be lethal if you slipped off it but because of the enclosed space you can’t. The shower head sprinkled black bits (mold?)on me while showering. Although the temperature can be set on the thermostat the radiators have furniture in front of them which looks good but is impractical. The sofa bed isn’t comfy at all and the lounge stays cold while the bedroom gets very hot because it’s small and the boiler is in there.

Location was great. Breakfast was appreciated but no milk provided.

Kitchen dishes were unclean. Sheet in bed was not clean. Unable to control heater temperatures so bedroom was very hot. Bed was so close to heater that burns a risk to legs coming out of bed. Quite a lot of noise transmitted from outside. Unit in need of maintenance. Not what we expected.

The host’s information was so helpful, lots of tips about local places to visit/eat etc and very clear guidance about the property itself. The breakfast basket was fantastic, such a thoughtful and lovely touch…and fresh milk left for us! Really impressed

Not much. Minor things…a lamp or two didn’t work, the toilet seat was loose.
