Beautiful apartment with amazing views over Bath. Comfortable beds. Lovely touches with a hot water bottle on each bed. Helen met us at the property & told us everything we needed to know.

Helen was very accomodating and welcoming. Apartment was beautifully decorated and very comfortable with everything you could have needed for a short or longer stay. We have attempted to visit twice before and been foiled by train strikes, but well worth the wait. Very comfortable beds and hotel quality bedding. Lovely kitchen/diner with large table to gather around to eat and chat and well equipped for cooking/dining. In a nice quiet residential square just the other side of river but unbelievably about 6 minutes walk from station and city centre. Lovely little parade of shops with coffee shop, pub, supermarket etc down the road and plenty of restaurants literally adjacent to station just across river or few minutes further walk away so not far to walk to eat out. Well situated if you want to explore city but prefer not to stay right in middle of busy city centre. Apartment over two floors (ground and basement) so not ideal if you struggle with stairs or perhaps had very small children. Also really lovely to have a small garden to sit out in, although weather not kind enough on our weekend. Would definitely like to visit again.

The location was superb for the train station and for walking into Bath city centre. Very large apartment in a lovely quiet location.

There was nothing we didn't like. We even got used to walking up the short incline to the property!

The location was more than perfect for a girl's weekend in Bath – it was a five minute walk from the train station and close to almost all of the tourist attractions in Bath. The apartment itself is steeped in history, perfect if you are looking for a historical getaway – you really get the sense that you are living in the city during it's heyday... Or at least, we all thought so! It was a wonderful apartment, very nicely furnished with the garden being one of the best features, which we all enjoyed given the wonderful weather we had that weekend. We really enjoyed cooking together and unwinding when we weren't sightseeing. There were so many little touches in the apartment that we all appreciated – there being blankets and throws available in the living room for chillier times and abundantly available biscuits, tea and coffee. There were plenty of electricity outlets for all of us to charge our devices. The throws and pillows were very lovely and comfortable, and every room was clean and fresh when we arrived. Helen offered much helpful information in a folder, as well as recommendations for places to visit and places to eat, which was a really wonderful touch. All in all, we would all like to heavily recommend this when looking for a girlie weekend in Bath, but we could see how this would also be an ideal stay for family weekend too. Huge thank you to Helen, who was wonderfully friendly when we had questions and very clearly adores the property, and to the rest of the team that look after this little gem of a place. Absolutely wonderful.

I don't think any of us have had anything bad to say about the apartment at all. We were thinking that a guest book may be a good suggestion, but honestly it was a wonderful stay.

Lovely spacious apartment with great views to the rear from the kitchen and the garden. Great communication from the Helen the host who met us on arrival, very accommodating concerning our luggage being left before and after the appointed check in/out times. Everything you could need was provided in the apartment, beds and sofa were super comfortable and the apartment was lovely and clean throughout.

Fantastic spacious accommodation, central to Bath, only 5 minutes walk to centre. Accommodation had everything you need for a short or long stay. Nice touch with the welcome pack.

It felt like home. The hosts actually lived here for a while so it is furnished as a home. Much better than some of the 'basic' furnishings in most properties.

More of a statement than a criticism, but parking is not good, however, that is not unusual in such an historic place and the host can arrange a visitor pass if needed.

Beautiful house with stunning views in a great location. Helen is such a kind and responsive host, welcoming us in person. The place is clean, tastefully decorated and has comfortable beds. We wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you for your hospitality, Helen!
