Southcot Place, Apartment With Garden

Lovely little house on the hill over looking Bath. Well appointed kitchen and very homey. Stylish interior with living area and kitchen on the main floor with two bedrooms and bathroom downstairs. Charming little court yard to enjoy a cup of tea out the back. Good washer and dryer available. Friendly host.

Had to park a few streets away as all the street parking on the street was full.

The location was great with such an easy walk into town. The beds were really comfy, the garden was sweet and a really relaxing feel to the property.

Some of the areas were a little tired and could do with a little love to make it more welcoming. The decor was tired in certain areas too. Some of the plates were chipped and could benefit from replacing.

The house was perfect. Brilliant location. You can walk to town in 5 minutes. It feels so homely and has everything you need. Everything was arranged really well including help with parking. Welcome basket was a lovely touch. House is beautiful and would definitely stay again if I returned to Bath. Thanks Helen!

The location was perfect, short walk to town. The home itself is lovely, super comfy beds and great shower. Little touches like fresh coffee, biscuits and chocolates is always very much appreciated. We felt very relaxed in the home and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending it. Helen was so lovely and very helpful. Special thanks to her for coming back to meet us at the property after we had left and locked up. We had left something important inside and she was very understanding. Thank you Helen!

The host left hospitality touches like coffees, biscuit, chocolate and the all important milk! House was lovely and clean, and the host was responsive to queries.

Short walk into Bath (5/6 mins to train station). Comfy beds, well equipped, homely feel in a traditional bath sandstone townhouse. Apartment is on 2 floors, kitchen and lounge on street level and bedrooms on basement level, all rooms light and airy with lovely views of Bath from the kitchen. Lovely coffee shop 2 minutes walk away also sells delicious pastries so ideal for breakfast:) Friendly welcoming host. Highly recommend.

Nothing notable

The location was great, just a short stroll to the main part of the city. Very comfortable for a family of 4 or 5, but could fit more. Very quiet at night.
