Lakeside Studio

Excellent location. Close to the lake. Lots of restaurants around. Nice facilities in the room as well. Fausto was very helpful. Kept in touch frequently and made it clear that he was there to help if necessary

There is no outlook or anywhere to sit outside. It is on the ground floor and we felt that we needed to have the blinds drawn so that people could not see in.

This property was clean and comfortable with good provision of everything needed for the stay. The host communicated well and sent a video of the check-in procedure which was helpful. The kitchen was well appointed and even had a dishwasher which we didn’t use. It is close to the lake, funicular and within easy walking distance to bus and ferry terminals as well as restaurants and shops.

The area can be a bit noisy at times and the shower was quite small.

Everything was as expected. Great location. Fausto was helpful and responded quickly to questions.

The location was central. The studio flat felt secure. Excellent facilities, wifi was great. Host helpful, especially with parking. Clean and tidy. Good for a 2 day stop.

During the summer you do need air conditioning. The fan was helpful but it was very hot. Major construction work taking place on building attached to studio flat; the noise of drilling during the week was debilitating. Parking is expensive.
