The location.The ability to walk everywhere. Close proximity to the lake, ferries, restaurants, mini market, shops & Como Lago train station. Fausto, our host, was very helpful & also met us at the train station. He responded quickly to our messages & he gave us some great recommendations on where to eat & visit. We did eat in & we used the kitchen facilities, there was more than enough utensils etc to cook at the accommodation.

It may appear a bit old fashion but a manual on how to use the washing machine, television & some of the other appliances would be helpful. The TV didn't work at all during our stay. This was reported to the Host on our first night.

The apartment was not numbered and we had to try opening two doors before getting the right one.

Really cozy, comfortable, close to center and station. The host is super friendly, helpful, made our stay very welcoming. In the room you can find everything you need - dishes, washing machine, iron, dishwasher and etc. Definetly will stay again!

Great position close to ferry and train station. Ground floor, bike shop nearby.

Incredible ground floor unit right off the courtyard made for an excellent trip to Como. The location was incredible, just a few minutes from the train station and feet from the lake, restaurants, bars and sights. Within minutes you could be on a boat exploring Lake Como or on the funicular taking in the incredible view. The apartment is comfortable and cozy with all the things you'd need to make yourself at home for a longer stay.
