Lakeside Studio

Thank you to Fausto and Mauro for a great service and helpful tips about local points of interest. Marvellous stay, close to lake and all restaurants.

It was a lovely studio very close to the Lake in an area with many restaurants and coffee shops. It was a short walk from the train station and a 10 min walk from the town centre. Location was central but quiet. The studio was well organized and had all the necessery amenities. The bathroom was of a good size and the shower was working very well. The studio was clean and fresh and nicely decorated. I think it is a very good choice for a couple. Fausto, our host, was very friendly and helpful and replied to our messages within the same minute! He even let us stay a bit longer on our departure day.

Curtains that keep light off would be a useful addition because the blinds were not very effective. As summers get warmer even in the North, an aircondition would soon be needed!

Amazing place, amazing location. Fausto was a fantastic host who was really flexible with check in and check out. He let us drop our bags off at the apartment 4 hours early. Also it was very clean

It was very noisy on a morning because of the neighbours, they seemed to be active in the courtyard around 7am every morning.

A lovely studio apartment in a fantastic location close to the water front, restaurants, funicular, old town and shops, supermarket, train station and ferries. It was a very pleasant and relaxing stay at lake side studio.

The apartment was in the perfect location - just a few minutes from the train station, the ferry port & the funicular up to Brunate. The apartment was very clean & comfortable and was equipped with all of the facilities we needed. Both Fausto & his friend Mauro were friendly gave great recommendations! We can’t thank Fausto enough for saving us when we had travel issues on airport day!! The perfect stay - we loved it!!
