"Everything was wonderful."

The apartment is close to the city center, is very spacious and well-equipped. It’s also nicely decorated and has the prettiest views over the city. Also, the host was more than nice to us. He presented us with all the useful information for a successful stay on Lake Como and we were able to contact him quickly in case of any problem. I can’t recommend this accommodation enough for anyone who wants to visit Lake Como.

"Great apartment, nicest host, amazing views -all you can ask for"

Excellent apartment with all you’ll need for your stay. Located just a short walking distance from the old city, the ferry and the cathedral. Great views from the balcony for a late night drink or a morning breakfast. Luca is a great host that will do his outmost to make your stay a memorable one.

What was not to like? Luca is the best! He picked us up and delivered us back to the train station. He is a fabulous host and the accommodations were spotless, fully stocked and had fabulous views. He even left us with a delicious bottle of Prosecco and some treats to start our first morning. We can't wait to return 🥰

Luca is a fabulous host who really cares that his guests are happy. I would definitely recommend aerie esmerelda for location, quality and support from Luca - he even called us when he realised we had forgotten some things. Couldn’t ask for a better stay in Como

The apartment is located in an elevated position overlooking Como so the views are stunning. The apartment is very spacious and airy and along with the huge terrace there is plenty of space to relax and unwind. The host (Luca) was very welcoming and provided lots of information in regards to both the property and also things to see and do whilst in the area down to recommendations for restaurants etc. All in all an excellent choice of apartment and one I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

I cannot think of any negatives about this property.

"Beautiful apartment with awesome rooftop"

Everything’s was great. Luca is a wonderful host and very friendly & helpful. No problem is impossible to solve.

The apartment only has fans and no AC. It’s doable but it gets pretty hot at night.
