Luca was most helpful and nothing was too much trouble, he was the perfect host and made our family holiday the more enjoyable. Thanks Luca for making our stay in your apartment a fantastic experience,hopefully we’ll be back again one day.

Perfect location to walk into town and be by the lake, spotlessly clean, Luca the owner was a wonderful caring host who left us maps and lots of helpful tourist info. Walk is 7 mins to town and lots of restaurants to choose from. A welcome pack was left which was lovely containing items for tea, coffee, jam, honey and some biscuits. We would come back in a heartbeat it was perfect

From the moment we arrived until the end of our trip, everything was absolutely amazing. The penthouse with its three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and fully equipped kitchen surpassed our expectations. And let's not forget about the stunning all-around terrace and the breathtaking view of Lake Como! The host Luca's hospitality made our stay even more memorable. He took time to recommend places to see and eat. His kindness in picking us up from the train station and dropping us back was truly appreciated. We have returned home with fond memories of our two-night, three-day stay in Como, thanks to Luca and his wonderful apartment. We cannot wait to return in the future!

The uphill climb and nearly 10-minute walk to the city centre might b a bit challenging for some. However, in the grand scheme of things, this minor inconvenience paled in comparison to the incredible experience we had in the apartment.

We liked everything about the property! The apartment was just like being at home and the proprietor, Luca, was exceptionally accommodating! He picked us up at the train station and drove us to the apartment at which time he showed us around the beautiful apartment and told us of everything the area had to offer. Luca made our stay in Como a memorable one.

Walking to and from the apartment was quite hilly.

Super nice, clean, quiet, big appartment with the best view in Como from a huge balcony. A short walk to Duomo. Luca is very helpful and nice person and answer immediately our questions. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen very well equipped. Everything was just perfect.

We knew the apartment would not dissapoint as the reviews were excellent. And we weren't disappointed. What we didn't expect was the level of service from the host Luca. He went out of his way, gave us loads of information and was always available. This type of generosity and service we have never seen before at any other accommodation. What a lovely apartment and host. Highly recommended
