Wonderful penthouse apartment, loved the views over Como. Light airy and well equipped.

Perfect!

Luca is an extremely warm, thoughtful and friendly host who added little touches to the accommodation to make our stay comfortable - providing breakfast items, a bottle of wine etc. He is also the only host out of all our stays this trip kind enough to tell us our child below 14 years old does not need to pay tourist city tax. We were not aware of this age qualification! Accommodation had everything we need. The only issue for us was the cold at night, due to the building's central heating hours limitation.

Perfect location, perfect size, and the best host ever. Luca was such an impeccable host and even picked up and dropped off our large party from the train station. He is extremely knowledgeable about the location and gave us so many tips! The location is close enough to the city center/lake but far enough from the crowds. The view from the apt is gorgeous and we spent so much time enjoying the view. The apt has everything you could ever need and more. It was a home away from home and clearly loved by Luca. I just wish we could have planned a longer stay. Loved the location better than Bellagio or Varenna and our entire party of 6 enjoyed every minute. Ciao Luca and we’ll see you again soon! We loved everything!

Hard to put into words how wonderful and exceptional this property is! The host, Luca, was so helpful in many ways, including picking us up at the train station! We loved it there and hated to leave. Highly highly recommend!!

The property was exceptional, the views from the veranda were breath taking even when it was raining.

Lots of space beautifully laid out with a great deal of thought.

We had an apartment - could make our own breakfast.

It would not be a good choice for someone who has trouble walking uphill for a distance.

The magnificent view and Luca’s help and hospitality were beyond what we expected. Would definitely stay here again.

The penthouse was beautiful and well stocked with everything you might need. Our host Luca goes above and beyond. He’s exceptional in every way. He gave us so many suggestions for the area.(restaurants and walking directions to the city center.) The apartment has an elevator which is needed. It has a wonderful balcony that looks down on the lake and the views at night are spectacular. Luca drove us to the train station when we were leaving which was so helpful. He made two trips to accommodate the four of us. If you have any questions, Luca will reply in a timely manner. You can tell that he enjoys meeting people and sharing his lovely apartment.

Our host Luca was very welcoming upon our arrival. He spent a lot of time explaining everything about the penthouse. He also gave us great advice about the resort which was of great assistance as it was our first visit to Como. The penthouse was spotlessly clean and had a wonderful view from the large balcony. I would have no hesitation on recommending this wonderful penthouse.
