Everything was superb! Luca is such a delightful and informative host! He kindly collected us from the train station and on arrival to the beautiful apartment, there was a bottle of Prosecco waiting for us! If you ever visit Como, you must stay here!

Při příjezdu nás přivítal osobně majitel apartmánu. Předal nám klíče, provedl apartmánem a poskytl absolutně vyčerpávající informace o místě (tipy na výlety, tipy na restaurace, bistra i zmrzlinu). Za mě absolutně nejlepší apartmán, kde jsme byli ubytovaní.

Všechno se nám líbilo.

Luca is a wonderful host, he explained everything in detail, where to travel and how to plan your day, super comfy apartment and big enough, he even provided breakfast items like bread, coffee and snacks and wine. I would strongly recommend this property to anyone visiting Como, Luca is organised the taxi for us to go to Airport too, I never met a host like Luca.

Luca was very attentive with his guests and we had a very warm welcome which is more rare these days ! We forgot a few things in the apartment and he went out of his way to send them back ! Moreover the apartment was spotless and in a wonderful location in Como and the terrace was amazing to finish or start the day

Fantastic property. Location was excellent. The apartment was very clean and had everything you would need in a self catering apartment. Little touches left by the host Luca made the experience extra special. Beds were comfortable but best of all the wrap around terrace was outstanding.

There was nothing bad about the apartment we had an excellent stay

We spent 3 lovely days here. Luca was the perfect host and his property was immaculate. Unbelievable balcony overlooking the city and lake. He gave many recommendations on things to do and local restaurants. He even went so far as to pick up our luggage at the Lago train station as we arrived earlier than planned. This left us free to explore. Unit was 3bd-2b so plenty of room for my brothers and I. Comfortable beds, nice showers with HOT water, washing machine and coffee machine with coffee. Unit was exactly as described. Thank you Luca!! 10 stars. Would definitely stay here again.

Just FYI. When walking back to unit be aware that there are many stairs. Again, I find this normal in most of Italy.
