Superb location, absolutely outstanding views from the fabulous wraparound terrace. Comfortable rooms and great facilities.

Our host, Luca, was the most generous host we have ever had! He not only met us at the train station but helped us get groceries on our first day when many stores were closed due to Italian holiday. He provided excellent suggestions for places to go as well as some interesting local history. And he also helped transport us and our luggage when we were leaving and picking up our rental car. Luca- THANK YOU again for making us feel like family and being so generous with your time. Your apartment is everything we were looking for! The patio is superb and your location is terrific and very quiet. We will certainly stay at your lovely apartment in the future if we travel to Como again!!!

Cleanliness. Spaciousness. Gorgeous views from wrap around terrace. We were able to sit out on the terrace and enjoy the night sky. Excellent host. Very helpful. Unlike other hosts, ours provided a litter of bottled water, specially chosen coffee pods for the espresso machine, tea bags for tea, condiments. Beds very comfortable.

I'm a slow walker so I could wish the apartment were a bit closer to old Como. However, my kids Were able to walk it quickly. And I would stay stay there again. It's such a lovely apartment. Taxi cabs were very easy to use if we didn't want to walk back. They came in 2-6 minutes or so! We couldn't believe how fast they came.

Luca war sehr freundlich und sehr aufmerksam. Sollten wir nochmal nach Como fahren, werden wir hier wieder buchen.

דירה נפלאה, גדולה ומרווחת בקומו, מתאימה מאד למשפחה, מאובזרת באופן מלא ומפנק. הדירה בקומה 6 עם מעלית והשיא הוא מרפסת מהממת שצופה על העיר והאגם, כייף אמיתי! הבעלים, לוקה, איש מקסים, מסביר פנים, העניק לנו ידע וטיפים מדהימים, ועמד לרשותנו בכל בקשה בצורה יוצאת דופן. ממליצים מאד!!!!

Jättefin och smart planerad lägenhet med fantastisk terrass runt hela våningen. Luca är en underbar värd som verkligen var mån om oss som gäster! Han hämtade och lämnade oss bl.a. på tågstationen och delade med sig av allt fint som Como med omgivningar har att erbjuda. Otroligt uppskattat. All kontakt med Luca har varit enkel och fin. En kall flaska Prosecco väntade i kylen när vi anlände. Så gott och verkligen en trevlig gest. Mycket rent, fullt utrustat kök, sköna sängar, rymligt, ljust och tyst. Vi, ”the Swedish Team”, kommer definitivt tillbaka! Rekommenderas starkt! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Luca was an exceptional host. He took us in his car to a supermarket and also dropped us at the ferry on the day we departed. The apartment was huge with a fantastic terrace with beautiful views of the city and lake.
