A truly lovely place to stay – peaceful, beautifully maintained, and full of charm. The terrace with a view of Lake Como was absolutely breathtaking, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The host was thoughtful and welcoming, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

Location had great views, was a little bit of a hill to get to from middle of town. The host Luca was fantastic, picked us up and dropped off at train station, a wealth knowledge. Very spacious apartment, highly recommend.

I don't know if it is a negative but there was no TV, everything else was great.

The apartment was spacious with a beautiful balcony that overlooks Como. We spent a lot of time in the apartment as it was so comfortable and there was plenty of room for a girls weekend. Luca is an amazing host who took care of every little detail! Everything we could need was at the apartment or a short walk away. Location wise, it’s a 10min walk to the Duomo so very central and close to everything.

The apartment was outstanding and definitely one I would go back to but the only negative i would say is in the warmer months the south facing rooms got a bit hot.

It was spotless and very comfortable and spacious. The wrap around balcony was exceptional with the most magnificent views. Luca was warm and charming, extremely knowledgeable and so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. He picked us up from the train station and took us to a supermarket to get some supplies. He gave us loads of tips on the best places to visit and provided an extremely comprehensive Welcome pack with extra information as well as a delicious Prosecco, biscuits and breakfast items.

Luca's service was fantastic, picked us up from the train station. Gave us full detailed info on local attractions. Even took us to buy food as it was raining. Apartment is amazing with great coffee food, views of the lake. Dropped us off. Will certainly go back. We were there for our son's wedding. Can't recommend enough. Roof Terrace was amazing to have your breakfast on. Our whole family was staying in Como our apartment was the best value for sure.
