Die Lage war perfekt

Die Fotos und die Ausstattung hatten mehr ausgesagt als tatsächlich vorgefunden. Sehr runtergekommen. Etwas schmuddelig und nicht sauber. Sehr klein und das Bett war extrem schmal. Für 250 Euro die Nacht darf man mehr erwarten,. Es war ein Loch mit drei Häuserfronten umgeben. Es gab nur eine alte Filter Kaffeemaschine ohne Kaffee und nur 2 Spülmaschinentabs und keine richtigen Geschirrtücher.

It’s on the promenade

It falsely advertised parking as an on site garage. It is not it’s a walk away from the building and it’s over 30 euros per day. The bed was basically a futon which was the most uncomfortable thing ever. Rock hard. The pillows were thin like pancakes and when we asked for two more so we could actually sleep properly they brought them to us but only after we pushed and they replied with we have very good pillows but if you must we will bring you two more. It’s in a residential apartment complex and the pool is hard to access it took us ages to work out how to get there. Getting the key from the lock box is a whole amazing race escape room adventure. The instructions are clear enough I suppose but the location is hard to notice especially if arriving in the dark. It was fine but for the price I don’t think the location is worth it. For that cost there are way nicer places to stay staying on the promenade isn’t worth it

Etwas kompliziert ohne direkte Bezugsperson vor Ort, man muss den Schlüssel selbst holen und abgeben, Bett ist in der Küche, schwierige Nachbarn welche auf Lautstärke sensibel reagieren

Lovely apartment, great location, rooftop pool was amazing!! Very easy and quick communication

The only positive aspect of this studio was the location, it doesn't have sea view as suggested from photos but it is on the promenade. View is on back of houses.

The communication for the pick up of keys was absolutely horrendous. conflicting information, differing box colours communicated and it took them an hour of me waiting in a heat wave of 34c to finally tell me the box color was wrong and it was a different box. there was a thesis of information to read to undersand how to get into the apartment. that's an hour of my life lost! Once inside the curtains were pulled accross the studio and there was no aircon. i once again contacted the number and i asked where is the 'clim' the answer was 'clim irreversible' we spend the entire stay with no aircon until the last night when the owner replied (when i said the stay was awful and i got ill due to the heatwave) that the on/off button was in a cupboard opposite the bathroom door under a fuse box! wth!! no info communicated during the stay! However detaied information as to what level of sound to put on the tv was adequately communicatd so as not to annoy the tenant next door!! again thesis of info to read but they DELIBERATELY DO NOT GIVE INFO ON THE AC NOR HOW TO GET TO POOLS, This room should not be rented out! its in a private building for tenancy not a holiday residence and many tenants have complaints and understandbly so, this is a private residence and shouldnt be for tourists!!!!!

Svært god beliggenhet, rett ved både sjøen, restauranter og gamlebyen.

Dårlig aircondition, fikk ikke ned temperaturen tilstrekkelig. Det som trekker aller mest ned er ankomsten, der vi ikke fikk låst opp døra. Vi fikk etter hvert kontakt med utleiefirma, men det var ingen fornuftige svar eller hjelp å få. Etter 2,5 timers venting (klokka var da 22.30) valgte vi å finne et annet hotell sjøl for natta. Da vi kom til leiligheten dagen etter (måtte også da mase for å få svar på om noe blei gjort), var eier og låsesmed der. Låsen blei skifta, og etter dette fungerte det godt. Vi fikk også første natt refundert. Men altså - det er ikke greit at utleier ikke har noen løsning før dagen etter ankomst!

Pool & location

Major issue was communication to access the property even after the minimum check in time still did not have proper information. Air conditioning was weak and shower drain was insufficient

The location was fabulous

We were given 2 small towels a hand towel and 2 pillows. When asked for more of both I was told they only give 2 towels and if we wanted beach towels for the pool it was going to cost 10€ each. I asked again for the pillows and that was ignored. The hairdryer cable was bear wires. I reported it Tuesday Morning as was very dangerous and was told they would confirm with their team suitable action. A new one wasn’t brought until Friday evening. We were leaving on the Saturday morning The Tv didn’t work properly and I could only use my Net-flicks All communication was via text as if there was nobody to see to us The Microwave was far too high above the extractor fan and was very dangerous when lifting hot items out
