Cocoa Lily - River fronted studio in the city with secure parking

Lovely apartment. Well laid out and well equipped. Close to centre. Everthing we needed to know about the property and parking was fully explained by Tim in a friendly manner.

It was ideal location and allowed us flexibility to do exactly as and when we wanted.

The host met us and explained everything we needed to know. It was a perfect introduction to the property

Very clean and although compact, very comfortable with all amenities. Perfect location close to the centre. We very much appreciated the Christmas feel of the flat with all the lovely decorations (and the chocolates).

Tim was very attentive and made sure we were comfortable before we left. A great host :)

Location fantastic, apartment was very warm and welcoming, spotlessly clean, milk , chocolate and orange juice on arrival which was very well received, Tim explained everything in detail, secure parking,would highly recommend

Nothing to not like

I loved how the property was very cosy, the decor was absolutely stunning and really suited the room. The property was so close to the centre of York which is very ideal, and tim took the time out to show us the quick route that would get us to the centre. Tim’s service was impeccable he really made us feel welcome and important, he took the time out of his day to show us everything about the property and even recommend some great places for food and drink, I think it was really great that tim took the time to talk to us about the property and welcome us to our suite he is a fantastic host.

I have no complaints about the property.
