Cleanliness

Just a note for women traveling alone, it is a walk through some quiet streets in the dark to get back and forth to town. It felt safe, but just something to know.

"Such a lovely little stay"

The property was cosy, homely, warm, it was immaculately clean and very well presented. Tim was so lovely he shown us around everywhere and was really pleasant.

Very clear instructions from Tim for arrival and parking. Really appreciated his contact before and after our stay - his personal attention to detail is excellent. Apartment was spotless and well appointed. Excellent location for York city centre- no car needed during our visit. Would highly reccommend.

Tim went above and beyond for us as it was my wife’s birthday so he arranged flowers, chocolates, balloons and Prosecco for our arrival. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
