Cocoa Lily - River fronted studio in the city with secure parking

It was a unique property with a great sense of style. It had been personalised and it felt really welcoming.

It took us 30 minutes to understand the cooker instructions. We got there in the end!

Tim met us and went through access, parking and showed us around the apartment. Lovely little touches like chocolates and sweets and Tim provided tea, coffee sugar and milk for us...along with a lemon for our Gin. The apartment was fully equipped with everything you can think of and very clean. The apartment features a little seating area over looking the river which was really relaxing. A full manual is also provided with information of how to use the oven etc along with local attraction suggestions. The location of the apartment is fantastic....a 5 min stroll and your in the heart of York. We had a fabulous stay and would stay again. Would recommend to anyone.

I don’t usually do reviews but this place was something special.What a find.From communication and arrival greet to a stunning apartment and location.So beautiful and quiet yet only a 5 minute walk to the vibrant city centre minutes from all the sites you would want to see in York.The Minster and cobbled streets to Betty’s tea room and the shambles.My first visit to York but not the last.The photos of the studio do not do it justice it was lovely and clean and had every amenities you need.A great 3 days.

Wow! Just wow!

Very comfortable room, with good facilities and little extras (complimentary chocolates, toiletries, board games, etc...). Good city centre location, only a short walk to many activities.

Tim was attentive from our first booking his apartment and kept in regular contact with us to check if we had any further questions. The property was decorated, furnished and maintained to the highest standards. Its central location provided an ideal base to explore York or, in our case, to catch up with some dear friends. The apartment had everything to satisfy anyone’s needs with plentiful towels, bedding, toiletries, refreshments and many other little delights. The secure undercover parking was a real bonus.
