"A comfortable, peaceful apartment in the centre of York, with private parking."

The directions text to us were excellent and Tim the owner was outside the apartment block awaiting us. Parking was secure and just next door, the apartment block is secure and in a lovely spot, south facing over the river. Perfect for exploring York, and great for chilling out after.

A cafetiere would be a really useful addition, since we brought coffee and ran out of coffee pods on the first day.

Our host Tim was a delight and most helpful. The location was fantastic. The apartment was well appointed and made for a fantastic stay. The extra touches provided were really appreciated.

The bed was a murphy bed - makes perfect sense for a small apartment but being a double only this may be an issue for some.

Was absolutely spotless. Beautiful room packed with every appliance you need. The view outside was lovely to wake up to in the morning!

"Lovely break for new years."

Location, quiet, clean. The owner was very communicative and met us on arrival and went through everything. Right on the river, loved the shower and small touches like Christmas decorations and some fruit pastels! I would recommend this flat to everyone!

The apartment was very cosy with lovely little touches to the decor to make it a home from home. It was in a great location within easy walking distance to the centre. Tim was a lovely welcoming host and gave us some suggestions for places to visit. We would definitely stay again if visiting the area and recommended to friends and family :)
