Minster's Keep- Near York Minster & Free Parking

Perfect location, clean & spacious

Entering the property on arrival. It was dark & raining which didn’t help. Quite complicating with luggage, with the stairs, that said once your in & settled it becomes much easier by entering & exiting via the front door.

Spacious and comfortable with everything needed and although it was smack bang in centre, 2 mins walk one way to the shambles and the same in the opposite direction to the Minster it was quiet

There was nothing I didn’t like

Location is great, the apartment was fantastic! Close ti everything.

Dirty needs some maintenance. Extremely uncomfortable stained sofa bed.

Excellent location right in the middle of everything. Would highly recommend. We left something behind and the host was very helpful in sending it to us.

The fact that the key for the apartment opened the rear entrance from the carpark to multiple apartments, but this also opened our apartment door and the front communal entrance. Left you thinking anyone with a communal key could open your apartment. There were a lot of structural cracks in the lounge walls, kitchen walls, and bedroom walls on the front elevation. Onsuite shower was poor. The Tv in the second bedroom was faulty. On the whole, the apartment was very presentable. The location was amazing, so it's made up for its faults.

Fabulous location. Good living area.

Liquid soap containers empty. Would have liked space for second car as it cost us £45 in York car park and quite a walk.

Heating was inconsistent. We have been to this apartment for the last 4 years and the curtains in the lounge are badly discoloured. Considering what they charge I don’t think this is acceptable, which leave me thinking about rebooking next year.
