Nous avons récupéré facilement la clé, mais la porte était difficile à ouvrir. Nous avons appelé l'hôte, qui s'est déplacé très rapidement (10 mn).

Exceptionally clean, comfortable, we only stayed for 3 nights so we didn't use the kitchen but it's fully equipped, the building is lovely and super close to the Shambles, quite pricey but it's the norm for the location

a modern flat with all essencial services and with amazing location 👍🏻 only flaw that it was on the sevond floor with no elevator.

Very close to all the attractions. Very clean. Co-op and m & s very close by . Very quiet

Never enough toilet roll . Beds weren’t the comfiest. Could do with comfier pillows. Heavy winter duvets - could do with changing them to a lighter one for the summer months . Lots of steps

We loved the location, the layout and all of the amenities! There were even built in games on the tv and a puzzle, which my daughter loved. It is a beautiful building and the history around it is so fun. We wish we could have stayed longer!

The stairs up were hard on my “new” knees but that is all.

La seule chose que nous pourrions dire est le confort du divan lit. Nous avons plutôt mis le matelas sur le sol

Wonderful location

The toilet blind was broken and didnt get fixed during our stay so we had to shower when it’s dark coz it was see through from the outside. Dirty linens were in the closet and didnt got taken away. The apartment was not cleaned well, floor was dusty
