Flights of stairs, cooking instructions were not in welcome book like i assumed. fan on building outside living room window was loud. Big shower was abit small

Excellent location, very quiet despite being right in the city. The inside of the building is beautiful. The apartment is beautifully decorated, very clean, and had everything we needed. We'll definitely book again when we go back to York.

Excellent apartment! It was large and comfortable, maybe even nicer than the photos. Best location in York! We walked to everything within minutes. Staff were great. They always responded quickly to any inquiry and were very accommodating. Would stay again and highly recommend.

The shower was small but manageable, but the real issue is that it was very slippery.

the bottom lock on the apartment door was difficult to open - I was locked in on my first morning and couldn’t leave. I didn’t use it after that.

The property was beautifully decorated and location is fantastic.

Whilst the electric radiators work well in the main living room and bedroom, the underfloor heating in the bathroom and hall isn’t great, so these areas remained a little chilly. The booking said the heating would be left on for our arrival but this didn’t occur, so the accommodation didn’t warm up until later in the evening.

Everything was perfect! We loved it. The location is really convenient too. Will definitely come back anytime soon! Thank you
