Great, central location. Comfortable accommodation.

Lack of space to put stuff - it was literally living out of a suitcase. The shower was small and cramped with no shelves; and the bathroom was quite cold

"Nearly perfect spot from which to visit York"

The place was quiet although directly in the center of things. That it was in a historic house. The staircase was beautiful. The kitchen was well equipped. Nice view if the top of a nearby church tower.

The bathroom was freezing. We warmed it up by propping the door open. It could use another towel bar or hook.

Location. Easy to walk around exploring. Very central.

Small shower with no shelf to put toiletries on. There are a lot of stairs, so if you had a lot of luggage beware. No toiletries in bathroom only small soap. No tea, coffee or sugar sachets.

"Great couple of days"

Everything, the location was great in amongst all the tourist attractions the apartment was excellent photos don't do it justice, the only one thing was the stairs, my husbands not very good at walking having said that we would definitely stay again

"Great apartment in a perfect location!"

Great place to stay in York! The perfect location as it was close to everything & yet quiet at night. The apartment was comfortable & it was a treat to have a washer/dryer. The instructions for our self check-in made it very easy to find the apartment & get settled in.

The only negative is the shower. It’s quite small & there’s no shelf or anything to put shampoo or soap/body wash. Also, they only supplied hand soap, no shampoo or body wash, though we knew in advance & brought small bottles from another lodging. If they at least added a small shelf (if there’s even room) in the shower or even better mounted shampoo & body wash dispensers in the shower, there would be no complaints.
