Key safe easy to use, the apparment was in a secure location and very easy to walk everywhere within York. It was clean.and secure parking was a real bonus

The flat was not in any way homely, it felt like student accommodation and the photo of the outside space is misleading as it is a table outside the front doorthe 'rules' posted around the apartment werel not conducive to a relaxing stay. In addition the noise from the flat upstairs is constant, starting very early in the morning. It is only footsteps but they are loud enough to wake you up.

Everything, a perfect stay

Excellent location, quiet area but not far to the centre of York. Great to have secure parking. Property was comfortable with what you needed for a long weekend.

Upstairs neighbours were very noisy, banging a lot in the mornings. Picture of outside isn’t accurate as the table & chairs is just on the walkway, not a private area. Didn’t matter given it was March & very cold!

Great location with free secure parking. The appartment was a good size and clean - ideal for our wekeend break in Feb.

The front door is glass and next to the bathroom so there is not mch privacy - would have preferred all the glass sections frosted. The were no wine glasses but tumlers so ok.

Location is fabulous, definitely worth the stay for the location

Apartment is looking tired, not very clean in places, there was burnt food in the bottom of the oven. Main complaint is the upstairs neighbour who seems to go out of their way to make as much noise as possible from 6am through to midnight.

Spacious apartment with everything you need and very comfortable, probably the comfiest bed away from home, very well located and the parking spot was a major sell

The ironing board needed a new cover and the towels were a little small.
